Brazil Butt Lift . DAY 3
-Bum Bum Live.. Loved this video. Good booty moves & some stretching at the end.
-Cardio Axe. I officially hate combo 3. I cant twist my feet and hips with two bad knees. But this time I focused more on the foot work and less on the arms and i had a better workout.
-Drove to the spot where I park to do my 3 mile walk and there was no parking, so I took it as a sign and went home and took a HOT bath and soaked my tired muscles.
Breakfast Banana Pancakes & egg whites.
Lunch Chicken teriyaki with veggies and brown rice
Dinner Chicken Noodle Soup
Early Bed Time. Have to fly tomorrow. If my body allows me I will do a quick ab video before bed in the hotel! xoxo

Wasnt in the mood to shake my "Bum Bum" So I took the day off from Brazil Butt Lift and just went for my normal 3 mile Jog.
Food Choices were not as great as Mon & Tues.. but thats life.. And Im still really happy I worked out 3 days in a row.

Day 2 Brazil Butt Lift.. Cardio & High & Tight
I woke up so sore and all my booty muscles were screaming.. YEAH GIRL!
Put in the Brazil Cardio video and made a fool of my self. I cant dance, I cant samba and I can twist and turn with my bad knee. But I know the more I do the video, the better I will get, so even though day 1 of Brazil Cardio was bad I know soon it will be awesome.
High & Tight was RAD! I swear the floor exercises are going to give me one HOT booty for the summer.
3 mile FAST Walk Outside. After my epic failure with Brazil Cardio I knew I had to get in some cardio, but my legs & booty were super sore. So I went outside and did my 3 miles fast walking. It was a sunny day and I felt really great at the end.
Breakfast. Egg Fritatta. Soy Sausage.
Snack. Apple String Cheese
Lunch. 2 bowls Soupa Tuscano
Dinner. 2 Chicken Tacos with Guacamole

I really have to work on my balance and cardio, but it was a good first day. That guys moves so fast!

I always feel my best when i do my cardio outdoors, me & my ipod have a good time
