Great workout today. Really felt the burn. 2 weeks ago I couldn't do any overhanded pullups but was able to pop off a few today. Great burn in the legs.

Hit the Ab Ripper tonight. Slowly progressing, but still can't make it through the entire routine. Continuing to persevere. Have lost 4.5 lbs and nearly 3" at waist..........can definitely see progress after only 2 weeks!

Hit it hard tonight since I missed last night. This is my second round on Chest and Back and can absolutely see improve in strength, stamina and performance! I want to get the MOST out of the Ab Ripper so I'm going to get up early and do that in the mornings before I head to the office.

Got home late and had a big (but healthy) dinner and didn't feel like working the chest, so I hit the Shoulders and Arms and half of the Ab Ripper. Definitely seeing improvements after only a week. Have lost several pounds and at least an inch around the mid-region. Was able to wear a pair of pants today that I haven't been able to fit into for nearly a year!
