Did Zumba Core today at the gym. hmm.. I have to say it was fun and all I thought about while I was doing the routines was Turbo Hustle. I did get a good sweat. Tonight will be P90X session.

Its getting better! Got the synergistics in. Walking pushups...gah! I only did that half way maybe some of the other moves too. oh ya Steam Engines. Well, Yoga X in a few hours.

Core Synergistics went well and loved it! I have to say at the time walking pushups came into play I was getting fatigued. Plank to chataranga runs , ooohhh, I had a hard time. Good workout today!

45 minutes spin class with my SPD's, get more control on the turnover. The 10sec/20 sec sprint intervals were challenging. Love Spin class a big fan of it. :)
