@fortune WT100 4 3 min boxing heavy bag. 4 3 min pad work, just boxing. 3 more rounds kickboxing heavy bag. Then 20 arm curls just the bar. Then 20 push ups. Back from one to other 19, 18, 17 down to 10. Still sore from Saturday.
