Have decided that I really need to get my nutrition back on track b4 I even begin to thing about "round 2"...
so starting last night I had cod topped w/ garlic cloves, basil, and citrus steamed green beans and guacamole.
breakfast> scram eggs w/ red/ yellow peppers, onions a piece of toast also w/ guac...cuz im pretty sure it can go on anything. :)
LETS C IF THIS HELPS ME GET MY ENERGY BACK...cuz lately im drained and gaining weight :(
Nothing beats working out at home. Saves a ton of time and there are so many things you can do!
