If you go to the main Crossfit site, there are "Hero WODs" (Named after Military / first responders who died. Most take 40 min - 1 hour, which is a LONG crossfit workout. The classic one is Murph: "Murph" For time: 1 mile Run 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Squats 1 mile Run I like this one because it takes an hour, and I can do this with my teenagers.

i did murph once, took me just over an hour but i did finish it, on a friday in this Texas heat=)
