ok great!! my workout times vary based on school but yeah lets do it!! tomorrow for me is arms and sumn haha dont remember at 10 am! i live on the 3rd floor of an apartment and apparently 7:30 is not acceptable for my downstairs neighbor
o hey dan if you got a pull up bar...put it up before well be4 your workout! it would suck to have to pause your 1st video to do so!! haha! Also shakeology is really good with fruit in it.. i also used skim milk which i like better than using water.
its a shake to replace for a meal like a snack meal. 120 calories...really good. it has proteins in it to give you a boost. check it out on beachbody. I am not much for eating chocolate or sweets but since i started yesterday that seems to be what i want. I assume its because im burning so many calories and my body wants to replace it with carbs. this helps minimize that!
