This was the first day of the Bulk Phase. I have already added 4.5 lbs in the first 30 days of the Build Phase. I'm wanting to add another 5.5 in the next 30 days and then another 2-5 lbs in the final phase(Beast Phase) for a total goal weight gain of 12lbs. That will put me at a solid 185lbs and still under 10%BF.
