AWESOME!! I am SOooo impressed with the results I am getting from Insanity. It continues to be challenging... and I'm still having to take xtra water/walk-it-out breaks... but I LUV how FIT I am feeling!
Also did 30min TM workout... and Ab Ripper X. :) VACATION next WEEK in the SUNSHINE! Taking my Insanity with me! {in more ways than one... *grin*}

FUN!!! Trapeze / fabric / pole. ~ 2.5hrs with a pole-mania friend!! - I am so beat I don't know HOW I'm going to bend my arm and apply my biceps to get a martini to my mouth.. but I'm up for the challenge... I hope! *grin*

& 30min pole fitness workout. Good energy today ~ also spent the afternoon playing with my horse... and trying to remove the mud from her... which was in itself a workout. The mud claimed victory. :)
