I took a, sort of, recovery weekend coaching some clients through their first 10K race. So I have nothing to really say about me but I figured I could generate some positivity and motivation with a couple photos of an amazing client of mine who just hit the top 900 of 6000 females in that 10K

Thanks everybody. I showed her the comments and she was pretty giddy. She said its strange, you dont realize how much has changed until you see it side by side. She is the ideal client. Trusts what I tell her, whether she likes it or not, and just puts her nose down and does it. Nothing beats hard work.
