I wouldn't say a lot of work.. You've got your body fat getting pretty low.. I think we here on Gymga are a little sheltered from "reality".. Most of us have pretty decent bodies so it's hard to compare where we are... We don't have many/any REALLY out of shape people here (it seems)... Even the gals that look PERFECT say "I need to do a lot of work on my abs/butt/ or whatever"... Keep up the hard work Gary...

A good friend gave me that hat... I had been wanting one. He paid good $$$ for that thing and never wore it... found a good home though. My next hat is an Australian cowboy style fedora... been wanting one for years. Thanks Keith, and Zach, btw.
