"Kalsu"
Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 135# thrusters.
The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.
At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 100 total thrusters.

A. DNF...hurt my back on set of 15...so fail!

Regarding "A", I did that last week with 315 and it was terrible! My back was feeling it for several days. I am curious to see how fast the top guys finish it.

Nope, it will be 5 - 8, maybe 10.... I have already gotten the low down for the North east Regionals, I will be judging for that, (I could only wish I was competing), but maybe thats a good thing since the chipper with 100OHS,

Thruster Ladder ? Athletes will have 20 seconds to take a barbell from the ground, then perform one thruster at a specified weight. They will have 10 seconds to transition to the next barbell. Their result is the highest successful thruster.
