I tried doing Insanity Cardio Abs after P90X Ab Ripper X.. big mistake. But I can see how you changed up workouts in the middle.. that works sometimes. Means you still motivated to get a workout done. Goodie. Im motivated!

My calves were burning! Lol wearing those sneakers with the incline to give you that extra resistance, and it is no joke. You definitely have to push harder to get where your going. My butt better be in tip top shape after this! 20 mins each way everyday. :-)

Definitely could use some tips on eating better. I know 6 "meals" throughout the day help keep my metabolism up, my 3 major meals (bfast, lunch, dinner) and healthy snacks and veggies in between. Also not going more then 3 hours without eating something (like fruit, almonds etc) But with school and work it gets tough to stay on track. Any tips from you busy folk out there? Also, I find myself really tired when I get up in the morning and sometimes miss breakfast. Any vitamin tips to give me a boost?

First tip - DO NOT miss breakfast!!! That's like jumping into your car to drive to work and forgetting to turn on the car!!!

I know! Its been so bad lately, and I love breakfast! Thats usually the one meal I'm guaranteed to get in on a busy day. But find myself rushing in the morning and don't want to get caught in the trap of fast food. Anything other then eggs you've found to be yummy but nutritious in the morning?

I spent the better part of the afternoon Sunday making homemade chicken parmesan with Ezekiel pasta, marinated chicken strips for salad and 10 grain protein pancakes.... Make it up ahead of time so that you don't have to make it up when on a time crunch!! I had oatmeal with protein powder, coconut milk & blueberries for breakfast. Yesterday I had 2 silver-dollar 10 grain protein pancakes and a scrambled egg with spinach & onion in it... there are A LOT of choices!! Plain, fat-free, Greek Yogurt with protein powder, vanilla extract and a little stevia to sweeten add 1/2c of your favorite berries!!
