Big storms blew thru so I have had no Electricity for about 36 hours...by the time they get it fixed it will be 48...Hopefully it will be taken care of so I don't miss day 1 of week 2!!

Understandable...I've been super busy myself!! I have taken up running too...I actually kinda sorta enjoy it!! :) Not sure if you are on facebook or not but I have recently started a page I would love for you to check it out! "char'gestions for the health of it"...hang in there!!!

I tried running and I liked it... kinda sort of. I started biking instead and really learned to enjoy it. "Char'gestions".... very cute. I'll definitely take a look. Sounds interesting!

Not so good!! I could only do about 45 minutes of it due to an old injury in my wrist...I will need to figure out a way to complete the program without pain or without so much pain...the push ups for chest and back started it and Yoga seemed to continue the pain...push ups can be adjusted with the push up bars but I'm not sure how to work with Yoga...any suggestions?

I have a friend who is a gymnastics coach and when I had wrist issues (still do from time to time) he suggested some of the exercises that they use with their clients when wanting to strengthen their wrists again. Strangely, he said take bird seed & put it in deep a bucket, put your hand into it 1/2 way up to your elbow & grab a little birdseed & circle your wrist in it both ways. He suggested doing it up to 3 times a day. Its like exercising in water. Its resistance without associated pain with weights.

My bi's are sore, but not my tri's or my shoulders...hmmmm time to up the stakes a bit No pain...No gain! Need my caps to pop so I need to add more weight and take down the reps...
