Not so good!! I could only do about 45 minutes of it due to an old injury in my wrist...I will need to figure out a way to complete the program without pain or without so much pain...the push ups for chest and back started it and Yoga seemed to continue the pain...push ups can be adjusted with the push up bars but I'm not sure how to work with Yoga...any suggestions?
