HIIT 15 + Stretch 10
This was my first time ever doing any kind of HIIT and it definitely kicked my ass.I like it though,because it burns calories in a short amount of time and I don't have to take massive chunk of my day off working out.

I broke down and ordered TurboFire after my friend Rachel raved about how awesome it it and I have to say I agree with her. The Fire Drills are hardcore and I was sweating in places I never knew would sweat. I think I'm going to love it.

I miss doing my hip extensions but my lower back has caused me to have some pretty intense pain the past month and I can't do them. Also, I'm REALLY pumped because I just ordered the TurboFire fitness program and I'm so excited to get it and start working on it.
