pretty happy today I broke the 7 min mark for a 1 mile run (6 min 40 sec) then
30 sec bridge
30 sec left side bridge
30 sec right side bridge
30 sec 90 degree hold push up position
with 15 sec rest between each
bench press 150 lbs 15 reps 3 sets
chinups 3 sets of ten

well for the last 3 weeks its been such a strugle to drag my ass out of bed at 345AM but ive managed to do so and im glad I have. all of this cardio ive been doing has really seemed to pay off im feeling great, havent felf this good in a few years and im down 10 lbs!! So Bring it on 345 I want some more!!
