I am a Cancer Survivor since 2004. Cervical Cancer, 2 pretty major abdominal surgeries, so my abs remain my weak area.
Have been a stay at home Mom for the majority of the last 15 years.
My max weight was 190, yo-yo'd for a few years. Got down to 145 with Weight Watchers in 2007. My exercise was mainly biking and walking. I kept my weight within a few pounds until I started working fulltime and shot up to 167 pounds in 5 months :( Feb 2011 I committed to P90X and clean eating and I feel the best I have EVER felt.
