I usually post from my phone but it was so rudely stolen last week, so I am doing it online for the first time and wont be able to post a pic. This morning I sparred 3 rounds, I warmed up with some bag work and mits first, it turned out to be a really good workout. I go really hard when I spar so that it simulates live action.
At night I ran for 3 miles with my wife, we kept a solid but not overly fast pace.
