I actually had a real run workout with my run club!
I ran there in approx. 50 minutes and then when I was there we did about a total of 9miles and I had to do 12 sets of 300m sprints and a long cool down. I feel very short of miles and i don't feel like I exercised enough yesterday as i had planned to run to school and then do run club..not to mention I ate too much when I got home!!!
