I do them at 5 am in the morning. I'm a creature of habit. The alarm goes off, several times, and then I just get up.

The hardest thing is actually just getting to the gym. Once you're there it's easy to get motivated. I think I'm just programmed. My mind wakes up and thats all she wrote.

I'm with you Aaron, when i go to the gym its from 6am-7am and at home from 5am-6am. With life and work and kids i would rather sacrifice sleep then time with them.
