Garage was nice and toasty (85 degrees) so I was able to get a nice sweat. Sore back from yesterdays workout so trying to get motivated to do my run later today.

I'm with you Aaron, when i go to the gym its from 6am-7am and at home from 5am-6am. With life and work and kids i would rather sacrifice sleep then time with them.
