lat pulldowns
upper rows
ab work and planks

Felt good hitting the weights.

arms and shoulders...
long bar curls...pyramid up and down
cable tricep pull downs
hammer curls
dumb bell curls
machine curls
tricep dips
forward lat raise
shoulder shrugs
planks and abs

Working on some incline running since the half I'm training for has rolling hills.
