Bio: I am quite the traveler due to my job as a photojournalist; I am on the road every week. I have been forced to find new ways to stay in shape outside of a gym. For the first time I have been in the best shape of my life and I didn't need a gym to do it. I have been doing Beachbody and Bodyrock workouts in my hotel rooms and outside on the grass. Whenever I am not traveling, I will be in a Crossfit gym- thanks to Gymga! I had no idea about Crossfit until I joined Gymga and it has changed my life and introduced to me a healthier lifestyle- the Paleo lifestyle. My nurtitional choices have created more energy, given me vibrant and clear skin that I have received compliments on- I can't lift it up anymore, it is wonderful!

I am also an Independent Beachbody Coach. I have always believed in sharing knowledge. I love this quote by Peter Senge, "Sharing knowledge is not about giving people something,
or getting something from them. That is only valid for information sharing. Sharing knowledge occurs when people are genuinely interested in helping one another develop new capacities for action."
