I have been ordering wild fish and organic chicken online; delivered fresh to the house- as you may know wild fish has 20% higher protein content and a 20% lower fat content. Farm Raised fishhave higher amounts of pro-inflammatory omega-6 fats than wild fish. We want to limit our intake of omega-6 fatty acids :) I plan to grill this mahi mahi tonight.. it has been sititng in the fridge over night with the blackened season rub and pepper on it.. mmm!
