Since joining the LFL, my workout routines have changed quite a bit. I joined an athletic club that gives me the opportunity to train with NFL players. My trainers are amazing. On my off days, I can still utilize the gym to conduct my own workouts (I will incorporate Crossfit and Beachbody) and still get some playing time if one of the guys is available. Today we created an obstacle course using a ladder, cones and punching bags. I did it for speed and accuracy forward and backwards 5+x and receiving a ball somewhere on the course. I went through our route tree and did some 200m sprints for time. I am extremely sore from our long practice on Sunday and my 2 workouts Yesterday. I am excited to get some rest tonight and get back to it early tomorrow morning! Although I haven't logged my workouts on here recently, I still see your posts and am happy to see your continued dedication! Here's to a great week- Don't settle for less!
