Started off with:
10 x pull-ups, 20 x push-ups, 30 x crunches
9 x pull-ups, 18 x push-ups, 27 x crunches
8 x pull-ups, 16 x push-ups, 24 x crunches
...and so on down to 1 / 2 / 3.

Then, three sets of 100 x push-ups and 100 x crunches. I broke the push-ups down into smaller sets of 10 with a few seconds rest in between. Crunches I just did straight out.

Finished it off with 20 x pull-ups.

My arms hurt.

Today's schedule 5-mile run was scrapped in favor of a PFT. This is the first PFT I've taken since November and the amount of nothing I've been doing really shows. My last PFT I did 19 / 100 / 22:13 for a total of 269 points. My results this time dropped to a 228 - still first-class, but nowhere near good enough.

Just ran for the first time in almost a month. I've been sick, but I admit I took a little longer off than I really needed to.

To be honest, I don't know how long it took - I wasn't wearing a watch or keeping time. I just ran until the Lt. told me to stop running. The 30-minute thing is a rough guess.

Played hockey for the first time since August. We played 5-on-5 with only one sub, so we were all pretty active the entire time. We played two 40-minute halves and had enough time at the end for an extra 10-minute "period".

I was, of course, terrible. My cardio was okay and I wasn't overly tired, but my skills have gone completely down the tubes. I've gotta start playing more.
