I did 3x10 pull ups in between the first 3 sets (so 1 perset)

Then I did 20 pushups and 15 declined situps with #25 on each subsequent set.

Bruce has always been an inspiration to me, since childhood when I wanted to become a martial artist, but had neither the time or money to study in a school. I read his books constantly then. Now I find a way to learn as many things as I can about all of the things I can. Incorporate all styles, dedicate to none. Master yourself. Train your whole body.

How'd it go gymga? It went bad.

We did the five round version. First time I've ever done it, I couldn't even keep count except to say that I know I never dropped below 10 reps of anything...but still not a great performance.

Racquetball warm up. Racquet ball has been the name of the game lately

8-8-8 bench. 225, failed my very last rep super set with pull up.

Heavy declined situps. 10-10-10-10

Usually Sunday would be a nice long slow recovery run and stretch, but since I missed a few days in between I decided to push some heavy things and such.
